Does Miloo deliver orders in my country?

We currently deliver to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man

Please enquire for other destinations.

Does Miloo sell gift cards??

We are pleased to offer gift cards in whatever denomination you require.  Please contact us for further information.

Is it possible that a product may differ in size or colour?

The majority of our products are handmade. Little irregularities emphasise the authenticity of each product. Colour deviations or other differences are therefore not unusual. Knots in wooden tabletops or mouth-blown glasses with slight differences in size make each piece unique.

How long is the guarantee period on my product?

Furniture guarantee period is three years. All other products are guaranteed for a term of one year. Discounted accessories and ex display items are not guaranteed and cannot be exchanged and sold on a ‘as is’ basis.

Ordering and Delivery

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Please contact customer services if you have already completed your order and checkout.

How long is the delivery time for my order?

Accessories – Orders received before 16.00 hours on working days are sent the same day, provided that your order consists entirely of products held in stock. If your order partly consists of products held in stock and partly of out of stock with a longer delivery time, then the products held in stock will be sent first. Our delivery service will send you an e-mail the day before they intend to deliver your order.

Furniture – If the furniture you have ordered is in stock our furniture delivery service will contact you by telephone within five working days to arrange delivery.

Does a minimum spend apply?

No minimum spend applies.  To benefit from free shipping minimum spends do apply. Your basket will provide details depending on the products and delivery destination selected.

Is all furniture assembled when delivered?

Items will be delivered to your front door and the furniture will not be assembled. Some items may be delivered flat packed.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return my order?

All products ordered can be returned within 14 days for either an exchange or refund.

My order arrived damaged?

Please Contact Us to report any items damaged during delivery so we can arrange replacements.
